It’s unfortunate to state but it looks like we could very well be heading into another depression. A lot of US residents thought they would never witness this again, but it pretty much seems like a runaway train with no brakes. There are a number of issues that went into why the economy is performing so poorly; but the chief reason was the boom bust cycle we experienced in the home buying industry. A lot of mortgages were given to consumers when they should’nt have and with no government intervention spiraled out of control resulting in this big predicament we have on our hands nowadays.
