This show focuses on the housing needs of those who are more than 50 years of age, and draws in 100,000 guests annually. Over the last 25 years, the size of homes in the US have been on the rise. This has been mainly due to the tendency of young people to show off their wealth. However, with the development of active adult communities, the average size of homes is likely to go down.
