In many cases, the inspector will spend extra time in the crawlspace and attic checking the wiring.
Deciding on the home inspection review professional that will best meet your needs will require that you research the company carefully. Talking to different inspectors to find out about the expertise and experience in your area will be helpful. When selecting the professional, it will be important that you choose an independent professional that does is not connected to your Realtor or the owner of the home that is being sold. This will assure that you receive a complete and unbiased report.
