It is that there are job options out there for those who opt not to attend a four-year school. Granted, your odds of becoming a doctor or lawyer are trim, but your chances of earning fistfuls of money doing other things might be limited with just a four-year degree. If you are searching for a career path that might not require tens of thousands of dollars worth of general education stipulations you might never use, think about learning a trade, getting into a RI property management position, or exploring your options in the arts. If something like property management RI is not for you, look for something else that offers on the job training and various perks.

There are {plenty of jobs|many careers that do not require a degree from a four year college, and in some cases, employers may prefer getting someone right out of high school. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a decent living and support yourself and a family, think about learning a trade. You will need some schooling, but chances are, it will be focused only on the trade. This saves time and money, and gets you into the workforce faster. Most tradesmen will tell you, the ideal learning isn’t from a text. You might learn some history in your field, but before you know it, your lessons will be hands on and very beneficial. If four-year college is not in your plans, explore alternate options.
