Theme: United Kingdom House Market needs a Good Few Extra Buyers

July 31, 2009

According to Hometrack, home values in England and Wales exhibited a reduction of barely 0.3% during last month, this being the lowest drop in values for more than a year. This is great news for the whole market, but does it point to the return of the Swift Property Sale?

This shows a boost in optimism from estate agents across the country, who are now experiencing heightened levels of market activity. Actual home transactions have also steadily increased during the first part of 2009. The drop in home prices now comes to 10.1% in the last year.
