June 11, 2009It’s always a great feeling when you put a down payment on your first home. At last you are out of that annoying rental agreement, and life has a whole new beginning. No more giving away hard earned cash to your landlord.
Because let’s face it; renting is like staying in a hotel room for long periods of time. In the end you’re left with nothing tangible. All you can do is grab your stuff, check out and search for the next place to live. It’s a bummer.
